I couldn’t be happier. Jean is a great breeder and is always happy to answer any questions. She has a high quality dogs and they are happy healthy pups. I highly recommend her as a breeder.

We absolutely adore our pup from Pine Creek Shortys. They communicated with us from the moment the puppies were born, sending consistent pictures and sharing about their personalities. I recently picked up my puppy from Jean Loyning at Piney Creek Shorty Jacks. His name is Ranger. If you are looking for someone who takes pride in her pups and excellent care of them, it is Jean. She and I kept in touch after they were born, and she sent photos/videos of the litter to the puppy parents every week. I went to visit several weeks after they were born and was surprised to see they had their own room inside her home. She is the type of breeder one can only dream of running across in search of a dog. Finally, her prices were reasonable and living in Montana I didn’t have any shipping worries or expenses, I absolutely recommend talking to her and I think you will have the same experience I did. To end this, I love my boy and look forward to many years enjoying him.

We had never owned a Jack Russell before. Jean answered all our questions, offered peraonalized updates on our puppy, and responded quickly to all our messages. We were able to meet all her dogs prior to selecting our puppy and they are well cared for, well adjusted dogs. She sent us home with a great puppy care package when we picked up our puppy. Clyde has been an amazing puppy. He has been easy to train, loves to cuddle, and is a great family dog. He is confident, smart, social, and takes life in stride. And of course , he is just so dang cute!
Meet Piney Creek Shorty Jack Russells
We love our little Rosa! She loves to go on adventures with me and to cuddle with my wife when we get home. She is playful, smart and kinda sassy. I called Jean about a puppy after we had to say goodbye to our jack russell this winter. She was very helpful in the process of getting a new puppy. It was a pleasant experience all the way through. My online search presented tons of options and I corresponded with many breeders. When I contacted Jean I was immediately impressed with her direct and friendly communications. I found Jean Loyning on line. We had a Jack Russell for 15 years who passed and after a few years we decided we were ready for another. Jean had a brand new litter with two still available. With her detailed description along with photos I selected a tricolored female. Jean provided photos and videos regularly. I picked her up from a beautiful cattle ranch. The kennels were spacious and immaculate. My pup was socialized and loving. This adoption has been a great experience. Meet Daisy Mae
